We are a search firm seeking to fill key roles for our clients in photonics and other related area.
Development, design, analysis. Work is for solid-state laser research and development. Government defense and space systems.
Participate and support the engineering and hardware development of laser system for defense and space missions. Work involves technical leadership of the build and alignment of laser resonators, amplifiers and optical components. You would help to lead and orchestrate acceptance and qualification testing. Some technical interaction with customers is involved.
R E Q U I R E M E N T S
- Assembly, alignment, test and troubleshooting of lasers - Experience with solid-state lasers and Lidar system engineering - Excellent oral and written communication skills - 5 years experience in a laser engineering - M.S. (Ph.D. desired) degree in physics or related engineering discipline - US citizenship is required
